Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate sales leads through market, research cold calling, and other lead generation activities Utilize online and offline to build a database of potential clients.
- Outbound calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present our products/ service and explain their benefits. Effectively communities products features, pricing and promotion to potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.
- Customer Engagement : Established and maintain Strong relationship with clients to build trust and loyalty. Address customers inquiries provide information and resolve concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Sales Target : Meet exceeds daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools or other designed systems.
- Service knowledge : Stay informed about the features and benefits of the service offered Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Collaborate with marketing to align effort and maximize lead generation.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all interaction with clients in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcome.

Job Requirements
Must have proven experience in telesales or related field Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English are a must Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to work in a target driven environment Familiarity with CRM system and sales software.
Educational Requirements
Graduate in business or related field is a plus Job

Job Nature : full- time
Office Hours: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Working Days: 6 days ( Saturday - Thursday)
Salary: Negotiable
Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 6 Months
Other Benefits: Salary Review, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Two Festive Bonus, Conveyance Bill, Provident fund, Weekly holiday.
