Interior Designer (Architect)
Job Responsibilities: Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
- Client meeting & excellent graphical representation skill.
- Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
- Innovative and skilled in design development.
- Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
- Have the passion about green architecture.
- Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Can work under pressure.
- Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
- Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
- Maintaining project and asset archives and 3D model library.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture from a reputed Institute with IAB affiliation.
- Minimum Five (5) years working experience with expertise in Interior Design & landscaping.
- Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally conscious design principles.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max,V-ray, Enscape /D5/ Lumion).
Job Location: 314/C, Elephant Road, Dhaka-1205
Office Hours: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Working Days: 6 days ( Saturday - Thursday)
Job Nature: full- time
Salary: Negotiable
Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 6 Months
Other Benefits: Salary Review, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Two Festive Bonus, Conveyance Bill, Provident fund, Weekly holiday.
